The question to answer this week is:
When you arrived in the New World, there were no houses or stores for you to get supplies. List 5 hardships you would have encountered coming to the New World and give a solution for each hardship.
13 Colonies Map
Fill out the colonies map that is found in your binder under the “Other” divider. If you scroll to the picture at the top of the homework you will see a labeled map of the colonies that you can use to help you.
Are you a Patriot, Loyalist, or Neutral?
As the idea of an independent nation started within the colonies, there were three groups of people in the colonies: Patriots, Loyalists, and Neutral. Learn about what those words mean by reading this article here.
Complete the quiz that you were given in class. Bring your quiz to class and you will find out if you would have been a patriot, a loyalist or neutral. If you weren’t in class you can print out a copy here.
